About Us
College Park Estates II is a homeowners association formed in 1984 to benefit the owners of homes located in the Overland Park, Kansas College Park Estates Plat 2 Subdivision. One hundred and ten (110) half-lots, each containing one side of a common wall duplex, makes up the subdivision.
The subdivision includes homes on 115th Terrace, on the east side of Nieman Street to its dead end on 115th Street. It also includes the Reeder, Bluejacket, and Goddard cul-de-sacs that extend north off of 115th Terrace, three homes on Ballantine Street at the intersection with 115th Terrace, and eight homes on 115th Street where it intersects with 115th Terrace.

There is no common area property. The association controls a permanent easement where there is a subdivision entry monument sign at the corner of 115th Terrace and Nieman St.
The association is a Kansas Non-Profit Corporation.
