Lawn, Shrub and Tree Care
The association provides lawn mowing, lawn trimming and edging, over seeding, fertilizer, insect control, and weed control for lawns. Clippings are blown from driveways and walks. Street side shrub trimming is provided. Leaf removal is provided twice a year, once in November and once in December.

Residents are responsible for any additional services that are not provided by our grounds vendor above.
If any portion of your yard is fenced, an unlocked 42 inch gate must be provided in order for Signature to maintain the fenced area of your yard. Beds must be identified with edging, mulch, or other definition for protection from mowers and hand trimmers. Areas with pets, loose or tethered may not be mowed.

Tree maintenance
The city of Overland Park maintains the association planted trees between sidewalks and streets (street trees).
Residents are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of trees and shrubs on their Lot.
